The plan doesn't have me run it at MP, I really just ran depending on how I felt. I felt pretty good the next day, so I felt ok about running it at a faster pace. I think as long as you're not pushing yourself too hard and go with how the body feels its alright to speed things up. I have a huge 32 oz bottle that I carry around with me and try to fill up and drink 3-4 full ones throughout the day. <br /><br />Does the Hanson Brothers plan have you run your long run at marathon pace?
